Miriam Blooming Stoppard!!

After Miriam Stoppard's attack on breastfeeding for beyond a year/over four months here, i felt inclined to update her Wikipedia page to highlight her new  status as professional breastfeeding enemy (and most insulting person ever of attachment parenting). However, it has been blocked by the usual crap coming out of Wiki; apparently, although I used very neutral language and was very reserved and calculated, I was deemed guilty of "vandalism" to her page. Not entirely true. I wrote nothing but facts, i.e. pointing out that her advice contradicted that of the WHO and roughly describing what she had written in her article, but picking out the most inflammatory comments. I didn't say "she is a *&^?%$£ *(@~{}" whih is what I wanted to say!

What is now there instead, however, is now a dangerous & extraordinarily biased synopsis of her article; suggesting that registered medical bodies support widespread formula feeding after 4 months. Please, spread the word: this is not true. I can't re-edit her page, so don't know how else to spread this information except by blogging it, but, please for the health of children, and the sanity of their parents and to make sure Nestle don't reap the rewards from this awful, duplicitous witch, please make sure that you tell everybody that you meet that breastfeeding for up to 2 years and beyond is the most up to date medical advice, not up to 4 months as cited in on her Wikipedia page.

Pleased at least that they kept in the "Since 2008, she has worked for Nestle". At least the brainiest will be able to look at that and see the basis for her rantings.
